The BrainView Neural Scan is a 45-minute cognitive test that is ordered by the provider, then it will be run through your insurance for a benefits verification. After the benefits verification process is complete, our BrainView technician will contact you to schedule your appointment. This test is performed in the office. Within 24 hours after the test is performed, the provider will receive the report of your results. During your follow up appointment, you and the provider will review and discuss your results and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

What’s Transcranial Photobiomodulation (tPBM)

Transcranial Photobiomodulation (tPBM) is a non-invasive treatment that uses highly specific near-infrared light to stimulate cells to generate Brain Energy. Early research has shown Photobiomodulation to have many unique benefits with limited side effects.

How Does Transcranial Photobiomodulation Work

Transcranial Photobiomodulation uses highly specific amounts of Near-Infrared light to stimulate the Mitochondria in the brain, assisting in the production of additional energy. What to expect while using Transcranial Photobiomodulation

What is Transcranial Infrared Therapy and Neuromodulation (TITAN)

TITAN-IR and TITAN-IR PRO (FDA Class II) are the only multi-wavelength near-infrared home wearable devices with customizable pulse frequency neuromodulation. The treatment is delivered to the brain via the Pre-Frontal Cortex, which is known to regulate mood and emotions. TITAN-IR and TITAN-IR PRO devices are used for the management and maintenance of brain health and wellness, which may increase mental acuity (focus & cognition) and stress management.

Can Photobiomodulation be combined with other antidepressant and pharmacologic treatments?

There are many published studies that include patients receiving Photobiomodulation in combination with psychotherapy and antidepressant medications. No serious adverse events were reported for these combinations. There are no reports on the combination of Photobiomodulation with other transcranial treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS or TMS), Transcranial Direct or Alternating Current Stimulation (tDCS), or Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). Researchers have deduced that there is no rationale for avoiding the simultaneous use of Photobiomodulation with other device-based treatments.

TITAN-IR is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and has not been examined by the FDA or other regulatory agencies.
