Christopher Baulch, LPC-A
Chris is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate who brings a diverse background to his therapeutic work. After serving in the U.S. Army, he held leadership roles in the security and hospitality industries before transitioning to mental health in 2019, working with youth in residential treatment. He earned degrees in social and behavioral science, psychology, and clinical psychology, gaining experience with a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, neurodiversity, and identity development. Chris uses an individual, holistic, and person-centered approach, drawing on CBT, ACT, play therapy, mindfulness, and more to support children, teens, adults, and parents. He values adaptability, personal empowerment, and authentic connection, informed by his military and life experiences.
